This is a HUGE can of worms. You need to ask yourself how much fabrication you wish to, do you want to keep your current wheel base and do you want it to retain the current flex or be much stiffer? An add a leaf in your current pack will give you some lift and stiffen it up a bit. Going to a longer heavier leaf will create more work, but will give you options on WB length as well as allow you to maintain some of the articulation while letting you stiffen up the rear during normal driving and load carrying.
