Default Clutch Master Cylinder?

I have a 1984 Cherokee XJ. I replaced 4 cyl with 3.4 V6. There's a new clutch assembly/flywheel/slave cylinder. The clutch pedal still needs to go all the way to the floor to engage the clutch and also releases near the bottom of the floor.

Has anyone replaced their clutch master with a larger body, maybe off of another vehicle ... any suggestion?
