Well,Mine leaks too,carpets were always wet,mine leaks from the top door seams..I just tore all my carpets out,removed the drain plugs...hey It's a Jeep,and I go bogging often enough that water is a common thing.
Good for you for getting it repaired under warranty.I couldn't be bothered..lol.
