Wow what a day.....great progress though!! We tackled the assembly of the new rear housing. The day started off pretty slow(from foggy brain syndrome) but once we got on a rooll all went very smoothly.Thanks to xtremexj, t2c2 and crazyYj we have the new BT9XD semi float rear housing is all but done and axles can be ordered for it on Monday!!

t2c1 and I tackled the front doff today and got alot done. The pinion angle was set at an initial 9 degrees and then the inner c's were welded on with 8 degrees of castor. This should allow a bit of wiggle room for future adjustment in both pinion and castor angles without sacrificing return to center ability at the wheel.
Tommorrow we will finish putting the suspension bracketry on the housing and measure up for front axle shafts. Then on to the cosmetics with a healthy dose of grinding and painting.
