Re: New 2014 Cherokee
Really glad to hear you like your Trailhawk, it's growing on me more and more everyday !
What do you find are the best interior features?
And yes, there are imitators out there, missing one thing though...
THEY AREN'T GRACED WITH JEEP ON THE FRONT!

Re: New 2014 Cherokee
This Jeep has multiple 4x4 settings and has a rear axle locker as well as a rear axle unlocker that allows front wheel drive only!
It has all the features of the Grand and many of the Wrangler but with more offroad capability than an SUV. Very comfortable and roomy. The manual is like a phone book and still getting to know it.
It is a first year vehicle and time will tell. They have had a few issues that have been resolved.
I have had [8] Jeeps to date. CJ, YJ, TJ and Cherokees including a Grand. I sold my 2011 Wrangler to get the Trailhawk. So far, not sorry.
I am in the Windsor area as well. Look for a White Hawk. Easy to spot the Hawk.
Red tow hooks front and back and jacked up.

Re: New 2014 Cherokee
I have about 800 kms on it now. When I started I was averaging about 13.5 mpg.on the dash computer. Now I am in the low 20's average. Getting better. I will check with fill up to fill up after I do 1000miles [1600kms] and my first oil change.

I've yet to see a white one anywhere on the road.
All the ones I've seen, which haven't been many Trailhawks were the Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearlcoat.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for you out there!
Happy trails

Re: New 2014 Cherokee
Regarding the gas mileage. I have the 3.2 V6 motor with about 3500 kms on it now and drove to London a few weeks ago.
Trip computer average was 27.8 mpg.highway.[8.2ltr/100] Getting about 21 mpg city.[11.2ltr/100]
Right where they advertise it..

Sounds like your Jeep is right on the money for economy, may see an improvement yet with a few more thousand kms.
