Just letting everyone here that Trailfest 2014 registration will open on February 14th 2014 for the public. For any LAJOC members that pay prior to Janurary 31st you will recieve a chance to sign up 2 weeks earlier. One of the perks of membership.

You are correct. At the current time there is not a link for non members. You're not missing it becuase it's not there yet.

Registration is not full because as stated in my previous post it doesn't open until Saturday February 15th 2014 at 12:00am or 00:00 for those that use the 24hr clock. Or for further clarification it's the time at which Friday turns into Saturday.
