The ORA website doesn't seem to be updated recently....:P It would be fun to meet with you guys at the Hymus Tavern. I just need to know the exact date (I will assume Monday April 12, 2010, at what time? And I need to know how to find you, perhaps you will all be wearing Jeep t-shirts LOL

My jeep is red muddy and has the Jeepscanada.com sticker under the windshield and for me just a labatt cap with a blue shirt. We sit as you come into the tavern from the front on the right.

Sorry, didn't make it :( I'm truly bummed, but will try next month. Have a sick child, so I spent the evening taking her temperature and dispensing Tylenol. She seems to be doing okay, so hopefully we'll all get some sleep tonight :)

I'll be having another buddy run in probably May (will advise later on date) to Chertsey. Hopefully the snow will be gone by then on the trails and may be have better access. Ran into lots of snow and very soft even on the dirt roads going to the trails.. in places had to run in 4 wheel drive as too soft. There were signs up DEGAL so thats really bad. Like to have 10 vehicles this time. Tow hooks front/rear or trailer hitch, tow strap.

Hi ,
I live in the west island (Montreal). Are there any beginner off-roading trails nearby? I'm new at this and want to try off-roading. I have a stock Jeep TJ Sport 2006. Thanks!

I heard of some trails somewhere around St-Lazare (I think), but you need to have some modifications. I'm working on it ;) The only place I go after it rains is in Ile-Bizard (à la descente de bateaux) Don't know if you know that place, but it's the only place I know. Not the biggest spots, but fun when it's wet.
