Default May Long Camping!

Went out to Harrison for the long weekend and did some camping. Kitkat even happened to pass by while we were collecting some firewood so we went and did a little exploring...

I don't have pics handy just yet, but here's a quick video of when the wives took the wheel for a bit...

Clickity to see the wives Wheelin' for the first time...

Pics later...

P.S. Kitkat...You left a blue fleece jacket, I've got it if you want it back...

Later.

It will never end now, I wonder what a Commander would look like with 6-8" lift and 35's.

Not gonna happen....I think.
My rig is a pavement Princess 3500 KM per month and I will have to get rid of it in 3-4 years so I don't want to go too extreme........but........my wife was asking me about a 4" lift

Instead I installed the 2" I had sitting on my Dining room table....drove it for 2 hours before the front passenger strut blew and I had to take it into the shop for $600 worht of new struts

That's to bad, did you get extended struts for it now? Sounds like your going to have to buy a second Jeep to turn into an off roader if you keep taking the wife out. lol

No extended struts. Not sure what actually happened but it looks much better with the lift

Hopefully it was just a weak strut and won't happen again.
