Lookin for clues.AC is ice cold but barely blowin.Fan is workin fine.Any tips on checking blender door? I hear it can be less fun than teeth pullin but more expensive.

 

The blend door (s) control the temperature, if you can go from heat to cold the blend door is working. Low air flow is usually caused by debris clogging the input side of the a/c evaporator. You might be able to get at it by removing the blower and fan and then reaching inside. A light and a mirror or a boroscope might let you take a look first. I'm not familiar with the exact design of the hvac on the wj but I can't see it being much different to the zj or wk.If you remove the glove box it makes working on it much easier.
