Default Chugging - 2006 Jeep TJ

has anyone had this problem, or know what to do about it? As soon as the jeep hits 2500 - 2600 RPm the Jeep starts chugging. I've changed the throttle sensor. that didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions??

Is the engine light on?
Have you tried to pull any codes from the engine?

Yes the engine light is on.
The codes were the throttle sensor, (changed), O2 sensor (getting changed thurs) and the Cam sensor waiting on.
The HVAC was good. Already tested that.
Wanted to get some other suggestions before spending a fortune.

Has it been raining allot? May sound funny but my eng light came on one day and I have a very good friend with a meter that chk'd it and came up with a code (change sensor) $100 or so.(for a useless pc of ...) He told me to ck the connections to all the sensors (theres 3 or 4 on the exhaust system) also that it could be just too much water or a piece of dirt stuck under the sensor, first try to ck connections, then put some injector cleaner in at 2 different tank fills, try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins (resets computor), this may clear the code and it may come back again. Try the cheap way b/4 wasting money on these useless sensors. Oh yes if it had stayed on a small pc of electrical tape works wonders. :)

A bad plugwire or spark plug will also cause the engine to chug and this would be more apparent when its damp out.

It hasn't been damp out. It's been very dry here. I've had a complete tune up, so all the spark plugs and wires have been checked and / or changed. I have used a few bottles of fuel injector cleaner.. at first it was the only thing that helped (the first time). The second and third dose of cleaner didn't help at all. Originally thought it was bad gas, but it has been quite a few tanks of gas now.
