Default Paid Relocation... what does that mean

So theres an outfit in BC that seems interested in hiring me, their ad said that they were willing to relocate the right candidate... and times are tough im having the hardest time finding work out east, so im looking out west.

but yea i havn't worked in a few months, and am completely broke, i mean i dont have $5 for gas nevermind rent, but i have a place to stay...

so by Friday i should know something about my license to work out there... and from my conversations with her ("Finding out about licensing is an important first step. Second would be discussing a wage; this is generally subject to what type of licensing you are able to obtain….") sooo if i get my wonderful license saying i can do a whole bunch of stuff since i have relevant experience... or whatever they tell me i am licensed for...

now she knows im in New Brunswick (well North Carolina ATM its actually the same distance) im just trying to figure out how to assure myself the job, and a way to get there...

are they going to reimburse me like a first months rent, and my fuel costs to get there, when im actually there? i've never done this sorta thing before, i dont know if they'll have a place already for me to stay or what... so im just wondering what i should (and should NOT) communicate to her when discussing my relocation, and when i should bring it back up again...

but i have relevant work experience (and certified) with some systems that are rarely used in Canada, and were listed as requirements on their ad. and am damn good at my job, and dont have anything else going on family wise, looking to settle down and get the life going... just trying to figure out how to approach this one...

back in the states everyone's been laid off, and there's been cutbacks so id have to wait for those that were laid off to come back before i could get hired, or get a regular joe job... which half of them ask why would you want to work here, or wont give me the time of day... soo yea this is pretty much the most promising thing i've got going on and am really trying not to screw it up...
