2014 Escape 2.0 great running, everything works fine. Except.. the heater on both the drivers side and passenger side blows cold air from ur knees to ankles. I feel in on the left side coming in just above the bottom corner of the door. The heater blows really well with lots of hot air but it cannot cope with that freezing cold air. I've been to the Ford Escape Forum but everyone seems to have the same problem without a proper fix. Ford so far hasn't made a recall as its really not a safety issue. Some dealers I've read have made half *** fixes by deflecting the air elsewhere. I would like to know if anyone has a fix or any idea where its actually coming from and what can be done to it.(Its the Boss's vehicle-always nice to keep her happy)
