Jeep heating system
Have a 2001 Jeep grand Cherokee limited (so far so good but the heat system sucks now), blows hot air on one side then cold on the passenger side. If I adjust the temp higher, it blows hotter air and then after a while (10 min. max), the cold air will return. I do not use the AZC, just manual mode. I have taken this vehicle to the original dealer 8 times now, but all the times it works for maybe 1 day and then goes back to the same antics of blowing cold air on manual mode, either the cabin in too cold or too hot, as adjustments in temp to hot will eventually have to reach above 85 degrees, otherwise cold air comes out of the vents. Any suggestions? The name of the dealer is Ramsey Jeep in New Jersey. They have not fixed the problem for 1 year. This past week I have taken the care for the problem to be fixed 4 times. Any advise? One thing is for sure I will not purchase any car from Ramsey Jeep again.
