I just reposted the pic and its still upside down-there is some minor trick I am not catching sorry
As far as what to ask- has it been offroad? You can check underneath for crack frame, take it for a road test on a dirt road and move it into 4 high not at a to fast speed then also come to a stop and put it into low range and drive a little it should go in smoothly. Look for oil leaks. Your in Ontario so did it past the certification, make sure if it has to be done have "HIM" do it before you buy it What mileage is on it? Is it a 4 or 6? What axles does it have? Gearing?

The picture is upside down because Jeeps like to be that way at times. :)

Check the frame around the steering box, they like to crack there.
