Default Pulling a jeep

I have a 1989 YJ but it has not run for at least 7 years. It is parked close to the house and I need to move it to get some work done. I put the standard gear in neutral and the ,,4 wheel drive transfer case in neutral and am trying to pull it backwards away from the house and then hopefully push it around the side of the house. But I can't get it to move. Possibly something is frozen but is there something else that I'm missing,?

Its been sitting for 7 yrs the wheels bearings might be seized. Jack up the rear or front and try to hand turn a wheel or it might be the
joints on the drive shaft full of rust seized. You might have to get hold of a dolly and put the jeep on it and tow it to where ever you want.
or get a friend with a flat bed trailer and drag it unto it and move it to where ever you want and drop it again.. Good Luck
