Canada 95 yj 4wd problems

hey i just hit a problem with my 4wd. i recently noticed that i was getting stuck and my 4wd light wasn't coming on so i took the vaccume acctuator off and cleaned it. i put a vaccum tester on it and it started moving but it was stiff. i put it back on and the light came on. when i went to test it out it didn't take long to notice that only the back tires were receving power. the light was on and the drive shaft was spinning but the front tires wernt moving.
any advice would be helpful and i hope i don't have to replace the spyder gears but what has to be done has to be done.

sometimes the check ball gets stuck, will not let vaccum to front diff. replace the actuator, check for vaccum at front diff. this should lock in the front diff. bubb
