I have an 89 YJ and have been going through the speedo cable nightmare of trying to find the correect ends...eg...7/8 nut on the transfer case and push on plastic for the gauge end. All of the cables I see for this year YJ show a screw on at either end....aack! Anyone have an idea where to buy the right cable.....if only there was a way to replace the inner cable, like the good ole days! :)

 

I just pulled a perfectly good cable out of a '90. Where are you? I'd give it to you as I have absolutely no use for it. It's just gonna go in the scrap pile. My YJs are '93 and '95.
