thinking of trading my truck on a jeep and was wonderring if my 31's will fit on a stock jeep without modification any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes they will fit. Howevever they will rub with and offroading, or sharp turns. I recomend you get a 2'' lift then you'll have no issues.

Good idea what JAMZJEEP said, and a 2 in lift is not expensive, its just a spacer on top the coils in front and rear and either buy new shocks or add extenders to the ones u have now.

You can buy Teraflex 1.5" coil spacer for about $150.00 with sales taxes. I'm not a mecanic and i install this kit with a floor jack, two stands jacks and basic tools (wrench and box) in about 6 hours. It's very easy to install. If you want 2" of lift, add the stock coil spacer with the Teraflex kit.

My Rubicon came with 245/75R16 stock which is 30.5 in. I disconnect my F swaybar off road and have no problems with rubbing. So another 1/2 in wont make a big difference. And if it really bothers you, pick up some Spacers.

I have a 03 TJ thats sits on the stock suspension, with 31x10.50R15 tires on the stock wheels and i have had no issues with rubbing at all.

Shouldn't be a problem... I have been running 31 X 10.50 X 15 BFG ATs on my 06 TJ Sport for almost a year now and have not had any issues with rubbing, on or off-road.
