Anyone see or find this item in Canada? Or have it on their vehicle. When ur building ur tire carrier u require this or something in this line for the swivelling of your wheel so you can open the rear door. If someone found this here in Canada I wud like to know WHERE?

Well looks like no one knows or ever heard of what I was after. No problem.. I had one pre-fab'ed to my spec's finished job cost me $50.
