Default No brake lights/turn signals

So i got myself a 97 TJ.Still in decent shape, but needs a little maint. and repair.
First problem is i have no rear brake lights or rear turn signals, but have park lights.
Front signals flash rapidly, and the left turn indicator always stays lit.
Does this sound like a multifunction switch?
Can anyone tell me what wire should have power coming out at the brake light switch? I
have power coming into it.

Also have the airbag lite on,and wipers only work on high.Any help as to where to point me on these issues would be great.

Usually when a light stays on or flashes over fast there is bulb a fault, but I am sure you have checked that out already.Have you got any CODES?

No codes. Bulbs are all good.
Took my multifunction switch out and popped it open, completly green inside,
so i ordered a new one and i will start with that.

Also found some rocket scientist had undone the cluster ground to ground the aftermarket
cd player,but didn't reattach it.

Other people's wiring is fun..
