This may be dumb but lust picked up my 2003 TJ Sport, it came with a hard top and soft top.
The soft top was a factory Best Tops and never used all parts are here just lots of storage dirt on it looking for best way to clean and the protect it!!

 

Sunny day,
soapy water and bristle brush,
hose off.

Repeat in fall before storage.
