so i was looking at a jeep patriot because it is feul efficient and it is big like an suv to haul my tools arount and rides really smooth but here is a couple of questions
1 : does the 2.4 L engine have similar problems with it i do about 120 kilometers a day
2: is it to much to pay for a a patriot limited $15999 no tax in jet 2007 56 thousand kl on it
3: is there any other problems that ocure with the vehicle over time .
and last how efficient is it they say its like 38 miles a gallion what ever that is

I did a google search for jeep patriot average mpg and came up with a couple heres one very interesting
http://www.truedelta.com or click on it in google. There is no where on the page that is shown 38 mpg and price seems steep.Would be nice to know how gutless it is with the little motor. If your really after good mpg then buy a honda.

yeah my neighbour wife has the patriot and she has the v6 I think it is 3.8 and she use to have a wrangler and says it does get better milage but not that much more I think all jeeps and fuel hogs hope that helps

25 miles per gal. Wife has one and loves it. Really good in snow. Lots of room, it is an 2008 paid 16 and had 53000 on it.
