Re: jeep fender flares
May be if told us which one is caput someone might have a replacement for you really cheap, I for example have 3 goods one and one with a cut in it. Anyways since your after NEW ones you can call Michel at national4wd in Chateauguay go to there website they have a toll free number, theres also PJF in Dorion ask for Danny they might carry them also. Also to make the color come back I use the stuff your supposed to put on the dash to make it all shinny and uv protected(Armour-all)

Re: jeep fender flares
Armor all won't work on badly faded flares. What will work is a heat gun, or spraying them with satin black Krylon Fusion.
Strangely enough the flares on my 98 have not really faded at all. They're still nice and black once I wash the dirt off.

Proper paint, prep and a warm surface and Satin Black Krylon is your friend.
I've done my front and rear bumpers and the side cladding, in almost 2 years and about 60,000kms highway and offroading they still look great with no fade so far.

Re: jeep fender flares
If it looks good for 2 1/2 years for under $10, that seems pretty reasonable.
I have to rattle can a few things every year, and it turns out nice, it's cheap and it's easy. Just takes a bit of maintenance once in a while.
A no brainer imo.
