West dual batteries

Hey everyone ,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a kit for putting 2 batteries in a JK.?
And if anyone has done this already and would care to share their story . Pictures ?
I put a new bumper on (after smokin a deer ) and am going to buy a winch and would like to have the power to run the winch and other stuff properly .

Thanks
Keep waving

Hiya,
Don't know if you need a "kit" as such, just a second battery and a battery isolator such as:

http://www.ase-supply.com/Sure_Power...FdLLKgoddSfCiw
or
http://www.emarineinc.com/index.php?...FULNKgodt1sykw
or
http://www.powerstream.com/battery-isolator.htm

Peter

PS: Never smoked a deer. Which end do you light?

Best thing you can do is upgrade the alternator.
Unless your doing alot of sitting and needing to boost yourself then a second battery is not needed.
The battery will drain quick when winching .. having the oph in the Alternator to build it back up quickly.

I do not know of any kits out there, I am sure some google searches will yield you something. !!!
