Default Driveline Vibration

I just had a Rubicon Express 3.5 lift installed on my 06 TJ and now have a bad driveline vibration. Tried lowering the transfer case, but never got rid of all the vibration. Can someone give me a few ideas of things to adjust, or check?

Do you know if it's coming from the front or the rear of the jeep? You can find this out by removing the front drive shaft and going for a drive. Then do the same for the rear drive shaft. This will narrow down your search to the front or rear. Also do you have a SYE installed?

What model of jeep do you have? You stated it was an 06 TJ but not the model of it

2006 TJ Sport. No I don't have a SYE installed yet. I guess that is what I have to do now.

Probably. Try removing your rear drive shaft. Put the jeep in 4wd and go for a drive. Does your vibration disappear?

How about an engine lift?
I heard the engine lift is better than the transfer case drop.
