Ya just have to wonder if all the bad press of our rigs toolin down the street on big tires is simply the little burners with thier nose outta joint because we drove by as they were towing thier lowered Civic out of the 2 inch accumulation of snow at a set of lights..... or...... getting tugged off the speed bump at the local Walmart............
... Guys in VA or CA consider minus 5 cold ...
... Driving though puddles that most drive around
... No doors and no roof ~ the hot passenger in the jacked up truck leans over and gives a smile as you pass

You gotta laugh when there is a big snow storm and all the neighbors keep coming over to ask if I can give them a hand getting there car/truck out of the snow its stuck in.
...random people ask you "how's the ride in that thing?"...
...The steering column groans like a goose when it's cold...
...when you take the top off for the first time in spring...

I agree with every entry. I've had my Jeep for 5 years and all of those things have happened to me.
This winter in Southern Alberta I had the Jeep in 4wd for weeks at a time. I bought two extra tow-ropes to give me more distance from the road to the car in the ditch.
However - I cannot wait for warm - roof-off - weather, and I'm 56.
