Here is a question for you all out there in Jeep land.

What are all the holes in a stock TJ front bumper for..... I replaced mine the other day and some of them have me stumped.

Beside these holes 2 in each tow hooks that go to the frame and the 2 that go on the bottom of the frame...... the ones for the rubber bumper stops, license plate ones and the ones for the plastic end caps there are more holes next to the rubber bumper stops and one all by its self on the bottom of the bumper on the right hand side.

Have been told that the ones on the face of the bumper might be for Euro license plates..... but the one on the under side is stumping me.

Any ideas?
