Canada Budget Lifts

I'm thinking of using coil spring spacers to lift my TJ. For a 2 inch lift do I need to drop the t-case? get new shocks and drive shafts? Has anyone done this? Any problems or downsides?

hey, i put spring spacers in my 99 TJ with no problems. no t-case lowering, no driveline vibrations. shocks were fine too. it is a cheap way to clear a little bigger tire and keep factory ride quality. just keep an eye on things when you do it. i can't remember if i had to bend brake lines but just watch when you jack it up. good luck

Hello I just put one of these kits in my 2001 TJ from Rubicon Express it included new shocks. There is now some vibrations, it is worse at low speeds. My tires aren't super knobby. I got it from National 4WD and had them install it. I called them and they said there shouldn't be any vibrations. Any ideas??

Thanks

Take it back to those who installed it and get them to sort it out.

Ya most of the time everything settles after a little working in.

I just lowered my transmission mount the economic way.
Lower the skid plate.
1/4 of an inch did the trick for my TJ.
