Default 2006 TJ Rollover Body Repair

My sons recently rolled their 2006 TJ. Lots of damage but the majority of it was to easily replaceable parts like the hood, doors, fenders, windshields and top. But, one area that got damaged was the body panel where the antenna is located. Question is - can you buy this panel or is there an Armour option that can be added to hide the damage? (want to bypass extended bodywork if possible)

(pictures attached)

Also, Jeep won't start. Everything seems to function properly with key in on position but wont start. (starter does not engage). ECM was knocked a bit sideways in the crash. Is it likely its damaged? When I run codes its gets a communication error.

Thank you in advance for responses.

first things first, have you succesfully scanned this vehicle before? not all scanners will scan all vehicles, found that out a couple of weeks ago first hand.

If you bridge the solenoid, either with a wire or remote starter, will the motor turn? will it run?
