Canada 1999 tj clearance questions???

Hey there im new to this forum and i've just got a few questions.
1.I have already got a 3" suspension lift on my jeep (1999 Tj) and am looking to put 35's on it will a 1 1/4" body lift do it? or do i need to go bigger?
2. if i put the body lift in is it worth it to go with the 1 inch motor mount lift as well?
3. Are 35's even worth it or will 33's be alright for the occasional trail and mudding probably once a weekend in no more then 3 to 4 feet of mud/water?
Thanks for any help or suggestions
Adam

i am currenly running a 2.5" susp lift & a 2" body lift on 97 tj running 35x13.50x15,15x8 wheel with 3.25" back spacing, have some minor rubbing issues at full lock on steering but no too bad.3 to 4 feet of water is a lot the ecu will be under water long before that, better do a google search on waterproofing your electrical system too

the motor mount lift is for correcting rear drive shaft angles,if it isnt vibrating now you probably dont need it

Hey right on !!
I.25 is the max !! In my opinion anything past that is gawdy ..
Yes it is worth it to put a motor mount in if you do the body lift.
Well remember 35 will only net you an Inch more clearance over the 33's. Now you will need to lengthen your bump stop to clear the bigger tire.

Hey guys thanks for all the help i think i will go with just a 1.25" body lift as well just for that extra bit of clearance but i'll just stick to the 33's thanks for the advice on waterproofing the electrical system to i would not have thought of it.

if you only want an inch or so you could use hockey pucks for a body lift, just buy some longer grade 8 bolts and 10 hockey pucks, not 100% sure but i think the bolts are still standard size not metric

I ran a 4" lift with 33's for a couple of years..then went to 35's...minor rubbing ..the springs will settle or relax...then I added a teraflex 1" body lift ( aluminum spacers) - hockey pucks will work but longer bolts are necessay...the teraflex kit came complete...all was good after that...no rubbing at full flex anymore
