Re: ****** Wagon
Saw a pretty damn nice one yesterday in Glenwood Springs, CO (western CO).
Didn't stop to get a price, but it's sitting for sale at the Harley
dealership. Probably a little farther than you are interested in looking
but if you are interested, call them and I'm sure they'll heve the info.

Re: ****** Wagon
Kevin;
Thanks for the great lead, I'll give them a call and see what they
have to say. If it's a nice ****** Wagon a drive in the snow to go
see it would be fun anyway - Glenwood Springs is the place where they
have the hot saunas in the caves, right? Been there before.
Thanks again for the contact information, very kind of you. Have a
great weekend.

Re: WTB: ****** Wagon
An update for those that have been so helpful:
We have now looked at two ****** Wagons. One is in Orange County
California, a '49. Solid body, totally original paint. Has a Chevy
V-8 in it and some axle/Dana changes. This one was priced at $6000.
The second one we have looked at is in Northern California, and was
mentioned in this thread. A lot of work done on it, a Chevy 6, frame
off resto. Very nice but not very original either. $10,000 USD for
this one.
As we look at the various ****** Wagons out there we are refining what
we are looking for, and getting a better idea of what is available.
Some of the repower stuff has been well done, some could have been
better thought out. We are beginning to lean toward more of a "Stock
Body and Interior with drivetrain modifications" definition of our
search.
Thanks again to all who are being so helpful, we thank you and will
keep you aprised on our progress.
