I had a Chevy van for a long time that was missing the nozzle
restrictor in the fuel filler. Every other year or so it would fail
the Virginia state inspection because of that.

When was the last time you saw a leaded gas pump?!

I had a Chevy van for a long time that was missing the nozzle
restrictor in the fuel filler. Every other year or so it would fail
the Virginia state inspection because of that.
Why?!
