Quite obviously Bill doesn't have the brains or the decency to simply
shut up.
You can let him continue to drive the group into the ground or you can
fight back just like you would for a child throwing a temper tantrum.
Ignore him. Pointedly ignore him just like you would the screaming
little brat turning blue in the middle of the rug.
If he makes it thru your kill file, make sure you delete every word of
his raving. In some groups, all of his original text would be deleted
and replaced with recipes... that also works.
Don't respond to him directly as obviously he has some mental issues he
is unwilling or uncapable of dealing with.
