I drove in Paris just a couple of years ago and didn't find it much
worse than Boston. Never driven in NYC so I can't make any comparisons
there.

I drove in Paris just a couple of years ago and didn't find it much
worse than Boston. Never driven in NYC so I can't make any comparisons
there.
