I just paid $700 US for an AX5 with 80K on it for 95 YJ. Another local
(PA) source sells them for $575 but he didn't have any when I needed

I just paid $700 US for an AX5 with 80K on it for 95 YJ. Another local

I got mine from SoonerJeep - check the website. Rebuilt with new
brass and bearings, it was something like $750-800 plus $80 shipping
by bus from OK to Colorado Springs. Can't give the exact price as I
was doing a conversion from a Pugeot BA 10/5 so I had no usable core
and got the bellhousing, cross member, and all the clutch parts at the
same time. I've seen them a little cheaper but I was satisfied with
the price I got. The extra service and help I got when I hit swap
glitches was worth any extra - the guy I worked with did the rebuild
and knew his stuff about Jeeps.
