Someone else posted that their 76 uses unleaded gas from stock....

I saw that and then Bill said something about California and then John
confirmed it was a Ca Jeep. Not that I know what that has to do with
anything, but... maybe the californians made their own 304 heads for that
jeep in 76, while my 304 came from Va where they couldn't have cared less
about air pollution in 76.

If your Jeep had been bought in any other state it would have had
another three or four years before it would had to come with the smaller
unleaded gas tank fill neck.

I am in Canada and had a brand new car in 1976. They all ran on
unleaded by then.
