Reality says if any Commercial advertisers get welcomed into this Usenet
rec.newsgroup, it could easily get taken over by SPAM.

Therefore some of us post a Charter call on it so it doesn't get out of
hand.

I know some folks just do a direct ISP complaint about a Newsgroup
Charter violation, but I prefer to do either a private or in this case
public info session about Newsgroups and Charters.

There are tons of 'Alt.newsgroup' groups to post spam to. They will
just give you crap, not try and get your plug pulled if you turn into a
pain in the ***....
