What are all the other colour of RTV's used for? Looks like some might
excede blue specs...

In my opinion that is a waste of time and money.
'Check' it after every trip!
If there is 'any' water contamination, it is extremely obvious, the gear
oil turns to purple milkshake.
I ran all my vents up above my battery.
