Re: Unknown fluid leak!
By the way, what function does the hood cowl drain serve. This is new
to me. I am learning a great deal on this forum and I love it. By the
way, just changed both differential fluids and did the transfer case
change as well. This from a guy who normally took all his stuff to
jerky lube. Never again! Thanks.

First thing I'd do is clean off all the oil and traces.
Driving along, even a small drip from the oil pan can wind up stuck
to the back bumper. I had a "teeny" leak in the transmission cooler
line (on the radiator).. had ATF fluid as far back as the trailer
hitch. :/

Thats great! But I don't carry any essentials with me, but that is
good. I drive 40 miles to work one way, I prolly should pack a few
things!
