Just be aware that S. Colorado/NM green chile will really clear your
sinuses - great stuff but be prepared <g>. I usually finish up wiht a
dish of ice cream. That way, the next day you can sit there and cheer:
c'mon, ice cream!

Never had that much trouble with the state troopers, but then most of
the states I drove in they were our customers.
