The one I'm looking at is in an apparently good rear end with 4.10 gears.
It's located far away so I told him I just want the locker. You're probably
right -you usually are- .. I think I'll just shell out the $$ for a new one.
Is a locker difficult to install?

The Lock Right locker from Powertrax will slip right in place of
your spiders, but it's not very strong. The Detroit will take a bunch of
precise tools and a junk drawer full of shims to bring her in, may be
better to let a professional take responsibility for it:
