Re: tires verses gears
My first gear's 5.56:1... The brakes are 11" drums all around and, while
I could live in traffic starting in 2nd, my Jeep's relatively heavy and the
shoes are almost worthless:( Looking at a set of axles to swap, though.
Maybe Bill, Mike and some of the other "old timers" on the group will get
some relief from my annual posts about crappy brakes:)
