Actually they have a very good noise rating:

Something wrong. Does it sound a little higher pitch, like a wheel
bearing, or maybe it's really just a vibration, like universal joints.

Actually that's why I was asking. They are rated very well and I have
no other complaints. My first inclination was tread seperation or
wheel bearing but I've checked all those things . It's a distinctive
noise with no noticeable vibration.
