Wish I could help but it took me forever to get that !@#$%^& thing in
right and I forget what the last trick was. Seems to me you had to hold
everything in place while sliding in just right.

!@#$%^ sounds about right. At this point I think I'm going to be
without high beams for a while until I feel like tackling it again.
This thing is just so aggravating.
Oh yeah, and I bent the lock plate. !@#$%^ (I heated it and banged
it back into relatively the original shape)
