It stops. Fast. I like it. =)

Finally got my rig out of the shop... above are links to the new Poison Spyder Trail
Corners, and the flush mount lights we came up with. Mesa 4x4 supplied the 4" round
tail lights, and the shop found the 2" round reverse lights thru our local Nappa.

We installed the Tera rear disk brake conversion kit, and it works really sweet.
Unfortunitly, when he pulled to axles shafts to do the brake kit he discovered they
were just starting to twist at the splines. So, now I have Superior HD rear axle
shafts. With all this, I figured why not do the front brakes too? So I have heavy
aftermarket front rotors on now also. I think this will make a big difference when I
get around to going to bigger tires.

Those are the big things, there was also lots of little stuff he fixed while he had
it...like the fact that my 4-way flashers were out (switch problem), my power plug
was out (fuse problem I think), he found the cracked vent hose and replaced it and
now my gas tank should no longer leak when I top it off. That will be nice...its
been doing that since I rolled. There was a bunch of maintenance and such to do and
most of it is taken care of now and its ready to hit the trail next month for the
Invitational. =)

I am so happy to have it back in the driveway!!! I was really missing it - even
with going to visit it at the shop every weekend. LOL.

Re: It stops. Fast.

Might I suggest that you put some red reflective tape someplace on the rear?
http://www.xws.com/jbjeep/taillights/P2020035.JPG
shows that there is no red reflectivity what so ever on the rear. Besides
being dangerous in some situations it is illegal in most states.
You might want to add some marker lights, I did on my TJ and below you can
see them on my CJ. I believe you need them to be legal also.
I like the reverse lights, I wish I would have thought of those on my TJ.
They look good.

Poison Syder makes some great guards. They custom fabbed some for CJ and did
a great job at a reasonable price.

the mud).

Good luck and happy trails.

You are right. Good point. The only reflective stuff back there is my license plate
and OHV sticker. I'll have to figure out what I want to do about that pretty soon.
Thought a little about marker lights, but decided against them at this time. Its
something that we can add later on when I have ca$h again. The axles were pricey
enough but those new rotors must be made from precious metals! LOL.

haha I was going to ask you if I could move in...by the way you just told
the mechanic to throw on the extra rotors and anxles I figured you werein
the $$.

Looks cool though.
But was thinking....other than my plate....I'm not sure what's reflective on
a stock jeep!. Are the rear light covers reflective?! (haven't really
stood back there in the dark with a flashlight!).
