Any rear wheel drive GM. Many times it just a couple of bolts that
come loose: http://www.chevyasylum.com/column/tiltcol.html

Re: Steering Columns
Google search for "scotty's" in Fontana, Ca. I bought a new column for my 86
CJ7 last year for less than a rebuild elsewhere. It's amazing what a new
column will do do for you.

Re: Steering Columns
It is a saganaw unit that was used in full sized GM's. You can get one
from a wrecker likely in the color you want even. They were on Vans,
Camaros, Acadians or Chevettes or most any other rear wheel drive GM.
