Mike is the expert on the BBD here, unfortunately he is away wheeling this

Thanks for the thoughts guys. The carb rebuild and idle tube clean-out
(didn't the 1/32" for the permanent fix - next time) worked magic. It
cold starts perfectly, idles perfectly and runs strong.

The 'fix' is designed to prevent it from happening again I believe but
regular applications of GumOut JetSpray may keep the tubes clean and clear.
