Many sales like to save our wives from the unscrupulous vacuum
salesman we have 72 hours, but once you've signed an auto contract
you're bound by that contract. Like, once you sign the contract, the car
is yours. Period.

I bought one once with a 72 hour no questions asked return clause in the
contract. I don't remember what state it was, or even if it was just
something the dealer offered. I suspect that Stupendous Man knows what he
is talking about. If you watched People's Court like my daughter did every
single day when she was pregnant, you would know that you can get out of any
contract, if there wasn't a true "meeting of the minds" when you signed it.
Of course your trade-in is likely gone in ten minutes, on the trailer bound
for the auctioneer.
