Yea. It's only based on a few spammy DNS servers. The full list,
for those that want to look at such things, can be found here.

I have gotten a few Hotmail and Yahoo! mail accounts cancelled, based on
reporting spammers and Nigerian inheritance peddlers. It isn't much, but
it's something. Even though I do use the paid version, Hotmail is spammer's
paradise. If you could get people to filter Hotmail and all the yahoo.*
mailers, it would go a long way towards cleaning up the Internet.
