Nope. It's post WWII and was never used by the U.S. Army.

Yup, I figured I'd save a couple hundred and have a glass cut for
it that covered the whole front of the roll bar, dump idea, it didn't
look right but it did trick nearly all the kids, I'd see on the side of
the road, cause they'd all wave at me probably thinking I was driving a
T roadster.
